Meet The Dentist |

Dr. Oblinger graduated in 1999 from the
University of North
Carolina School of Dentistry. After dental school he served
as a Lieutenant in the US Navy for three years at NAS Pautuxent River, MD and Camp Lejeune, NC. Prior to dental
school, Dr. Oblinger graduated from
North Carolina State
University with degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry.
Dr. Oblinger stays current in the ever changing and
advancing world of dentistry by taking numerous hours of
continuing education every year. These hours ensure that he
is providing his patients with the best quality care
available. Professional organization memberships include the
American Dental Association,
Academy of General
Dentistry, Gaston County Dental Society, Gaston Study Club,
Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities,
American
Association of Hospital Dentists, and
American Society for
Geriatric Dentistry.
Along with our Mount Holly office, Dr. Oblinger also has
staff credentials and treats complex patients at two area
hospitals (Gaston Memorial and
Kings Mountain Hospital).
In his free time Dr. Oblinger enjoys spending time with his
wife Brooke and their new son Charles. He also likes biking,
spending time on the lake and reading. His extended family
includes two cats and one dog. |
